CampusChow Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your CampusChow account and all associated personal data, you can submit a request below.

Steps to Delete Your Data

  1. Enter the email address associated with your CampusChow account below.
  2. Click the "Submit Deletion Request" button.
  3. Our team will process your request and permanently erase your data within 7-14 days.

What Data is Deleted?

  • Personal information (Name, Email, Phone Number).
  • Delivery addresses and saved locations.
  • Authentication data and device identifiers.

What Data is Kept?

  • Financial transaction records (e.g., Order receipts and payment IDs) are kept for up to 7 years to comply with tax and legal requirements. These records are anonymized and disassociated from your personal identity.

Are you sure? Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your order history and you will need to create a new account to use CampusChow again.
